Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is spiritually guided Universal Life Force Energy which is transmitted through the practitioner for the healing of self and others.  This high vibrational healing energy heals blockages, transforms negative energies, and strengthens the mind-body-spirit through unlocking the body's natural ability to heal through energy.

Through instruction and connection with the Reiki source, which takes place during a Reiki class, the student learns to merge with the Spiritual consciousness of the Reiki energy.  Profound healing processes occur as the student allows this energy to flow.

The Reiki classes offered at Sedona Medium, LLC are 

led by Christina Wooten, Certified Reiki Master-Teacher.

Christina received her Reiki Master-Teacher certification in February of 2008 and has been teaching Reiki classes ever since.

Attendance and full participation in each class includes the Reiki Certification for that Level, a Reiki Manual for that Level - including techniques and relevant information, at least one Reiki attunement, individual feedback, support, and time during practice during class for development and enrichment.

Reiki has four levels of instruction and Certification ~ Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki Master, Reiki Master-Teacher.
