The information below outlines how appointments, scheduling, and payments are handled. These guidelines allow me to serve each person who comes to me with full focus and care. Thank you so much for taking the time to read through it.
Cancellation Policy for Appointments
Cancellation prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will receive a Credit to be used within 6 months. After 6 months, the Credit expires and will not be able to be redeemed.
Cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, for any reason, will not receive credit. The amount is considered forfeit.
No-Shows and Missed Appointments
If you do not answer for your session or attend your meeting at the time of your appointment, we do our best to reach you at the time of your session.
For phone readings, a "no answer" after 2 attempts to contact you at the number provided means the amount is considered forfeit. For Zoom meetings, not attending within 5 minutes of the appointment start time means the amount is considered forfeit. For in-person appointments, not arriving within 5 minutes of your appointment start time without prior notice means the amount is considered forfeit.
Late Arrivals
If you will be late to your appointment, immediate notification is necessary. Your time of service will be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments arriving promptly.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your session — for any appointment type, including in-person — you will need to reschedule at your own expense.
No credit will be issued for time spent waiting for your arrival, should your service time be shortened.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason.
My Commitment to You
In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. A full credit will be issued if rescheduling is not possible for you at that time, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. I honor your time as much as my own, and I will always do my best to make it right.
Rescheduling an appointment
You can reschedule an appointment using the button on your e-mail confirmation, up to 48 hours before your appointment time begins. Please reschedule as soon as you realize you need to, but no later than 48 hours before the start time of your appointment.
If you cannot find your e-mail confirmation, contact Support@SedonaMedium.com before the 48-hour mark to be rescheduled.
You can reschedule an appointment up to 2 times. Any rescheduled appointment follows the same terms of our Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy. After 2 reschedules, you will not be able to reschedule and the amount is considered forfeit.
Cancellation Policy for Group Events
We kindly ask that you ensure your group is fully committed before making any payments, as no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes once payments have been made.
