I'm Christina Wooten — Certified Psychic Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, and host of the Modern Life and Spirit podcast. I've been working with Spirit in the Sedona area for over 12 years. The events on this page are opportunities to step into that work together, whether you're visiting Sedona for a weekend or joining me from wherever you are in the world.
Some of these events are held in-person at beautiful Sedona venues — intimate evenings designed for connection, healing, and that something special that only Sedona has. Others are offered online, so location is never a barrier to the experience you're ready for.
What you'll find here changes throughout the year. Seasonal ceremonies. Mediumship demonstrations. Reiki certification classes. Group intuition experiences. Special evenings hosted in partnership with Sedona's most beloved venues. No two events are exactly alike, and most have limited space — intentionally.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditative practice experienced while lying down. It supports deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and a sense of clarity, spaciousness, and inner connection.
This experience is ideal for guests seeking a meaningful way to celebrate the Summer Solstice, restore their energy, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and beautifully renewed.

Automatic Writing Workshop

Exercise your connection with Spirit in an automatic writing workshop. Channel writing directly from the Spirit Realms and explore the power of this unique Medium.
This is not journaling. This is not inspired writing.
Automatic writing asks you to step aside completely to enter a deeply receptive state and allow Spirit to move through your hand. What appears on the page comes from the Spirit Realms, not from you. In this workshop, we will work specifically with automatic writing as a skill - building the receptivity, the trust, and the surrender that this practice requires.

Reiki I and II Certification Class

The Reiki I and II Certification Class with Christina Wooten is a two-day, in-person immersion that takes you from complete beginner to certified Level II practitioner, ready to treat yourself, your family, and eventually clients. You will learn to feel and assess the chakra system, send healing across distance, work with the sacred Reiki symbols, and channel Universal Life Force Energy in ways that address mind, body, and spirit.
This is a professional-level training and not a surface-level overview. This is a powerful skill that you will come back to again and again.
No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.
Reiki Master Certification Class
October 3 & 4th, 2026

Reiki Master Certification Class is for those students who feel a deeper calling to representing the energy of Reiki on the Earthplane. This class is for those that feel the call the deepen their skills and abilities as a Reiki practitioner and learn how to shift from doing Reiki to integrating Reiki into a way of being.
Pre-requisite: Reiki I and II Certification with a Certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master-Teacher

Do I need experience with mediumship or spirituality to attend?
For most events, no experience is needed. Events are designed to be welcoming to anyone who is spiritually curious — whether this is your first time exploring this kind of work or you've been on a spiritual path for years. If there is a pre-requisite, you'll see that listed in the event listing.
Are Christina's events available online?
Some of our workshops and courses are offered via Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere in the world. Online events are listed on this page alongside in-person Sedona events.

I'm coming to Sedona with a group or a retreat. Can Christina create a private event for my group?
Yes. Christina works with bachelorette parties, women's groups, corporate retreats, and spiritual organizations. Private group experiences can be arranged for both in-person Sedona events and virtual gatherings. Take a look here
What is an evidential psychic medium?
An evidential medium works to provide specific, verifiable details from loved ones who have passed — names, personality traits, shared memories, and identifying information — rather than speaking in generalities.
Christina holds formal mediumship certification and has been trained in the evidential approach.
