Gift Certificates are non-transferrable and can not be exchanged for cash.  All Gift Certificates expire 12 months from issue date.  If scheduled via phone or e-mail, gift certificates must be mentioned at the time of scheduling.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.  All appointments are subject to our cancellation policy.
