Reiki technique~ "Spiritual Awakening"


There are endless ways for Reiki to enrich our lives! I am so grateful that after years of teaching Reiki, new Reiki techniques continue to be revealed.

As our Consciousness grows and evolves, Reiki continuously meets us where we are ~ offering new levels of awareness and insight and new techniques to go with it!

Today, I thought I would share a Reiki Meditation technique, I have termed, "Spiritual Awakening".

This is effective for students or practitioners of all Levels of Reiki training.

This Reiki practice is appropriate for any time of day, not just morning, so don't be stressed if you missed the morning window.

Let's Begin!

Bring your hands to Gassho position.

Allow your mind to clear with the practice of Gassho Meditation for a minute or two.

Feel gratefulness for this day. Let this energy flow from you to the source of Reiki.

Ask Reiki to flow through your hands, Reiki channels, and other body parts for the remainder of this practice. Ask for support for the Highest Healing possible.

Bring your hands to your heart and allow Reiki to flow. Support your elbows with a pillow, if this helps you to feel even more relaxed. Feel the Reiki flow through all parts of your body, and like a cup overflowing, flowing to your Aura and to the spaces all around you.

Focus your awareness on Reiki in the front of your body. Keep the knowing of the continuous flow of Reiki to all parts of yourself.

As it flows and strengthens the front of your energy field, feel this blessing.

Ask that this energy, as it strengthens, to also guide you to positive experiences throughout the day.

Focus your awareness on Reiki behind you. Maintain the intention that Reiki flow continuously here.

Ask that this energy, as it strengthens, to support you wherever you may need it today.

Focus your awareness on Reiki to all sides of you. Maintain the intention and awareness of Reiki flowing continuously there.

Ask that this energy, as it strengthens, to increase your Consciousness of the blessings you have here and now.

Focus your awareness on Reiki below your feet. Maintain the intention and awareness of Reiki flowing continuously there.

Ask that this energy, as it strengthens, to protect your energy, increasing the vibration whenever it is needed.

Focus awareness on Reiki above your head. Maintain the intention and awareness of Reiki flowing continuously there.

Ask that this energy, as it strengthens, to help inspire you today to be in harmony with the Divine plan.

Finally bring your awareness back to your heart space. Maintain the intention and awareness of Reiki flowing continuously there.

Ask that this energy, as it strengthens, encourage you to use your gifts and talents for the betterment of all living things.

Check in and see if there are any insights or messages for you at this time to support you in your day.

Give thanks and close your practice with gratitude.

Throughout your day, bring awareness to your Reiki bubble and feel blessed.

This is also a wonderful method for empaths, or those with extreme energy sensitivities to prepare and strengthen their energies for the day.

Try this practice for a week and see where it takes you!
