Communication is central to connecting with others. But it isn't always easy, especially for empaths and sensitive people. You may avoid sharing if you are afraid of being judged or you just want to avoid conflict. In this episode, I wanted to explore how to develop the tools and the courage to speak your truth and use communication for connecting.
Today, I'm talking to Soness Stevens, a head speaker coach for multiple TEDx events, who is revealing her approach to creating connection with others, whether you are talking with your partner or to a room full of people.
We talk about how communication can be healing and consciousness changing, and a path to compassion.
We also talk about the courage to be imperfectly yourself, and opening up to share about the real and raw things in life. The things that aren't necessarily pretty, but need to be shared.
